The French Quarter

TAILLEUR was established in early 2020 by owner, designer & creator, Heather White

The 3800 sf space sits in the heart of midtown at 3933 Main Street, in a space inspired by Heathers love of food, history, & design.

TAILLEUR was built to reflect the space’s unique and storied history while boasting its atmospheric high ceilings, open dining spaces & kitchen while being surrounded with antiques and equestrian embellishments. The menu combines classic comfort food with simple & fresh European flavor. At TAILLEUR, everything has a story, right down to the plate.

Across the street at 3940 Main Street, TAILLEUR opened a cocktail bar & lounge, CHEVAL. CHEVAL, meaning “horse” in French, is a mighty small intimate space with high ceilings and a hand crafted cocktail list for guests to enjoy a pre dinner cocktail, glass of wine, small share plates, or a hand made dessert from the bakery, ENCHANTE.

ENCHANTE, the bakery, is White’s third concept, just across from TAILLEUR and only two doors down from CHEVAL at 3934 Main Street. The small intimate bakery is filled with hand crafted pastries, savory bites and a case full of decadent desserts. The bakery opens its doors at 8am for those heading into work, guests looking to grab a coffee to go, or for those who want to take a moment to sit and enjoy the Old World French decor that has become, Enchanté.
